Upon account deletion, all personal data is expunged from our production databases, though encrypted backups may persist briefly to manage disaster recovery protocols before being entirely erased.

EverUs is aimed at adult couples. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that an underage user has registered, we will act promptly to delete their profile and remove their data in compliance with minor protection laws globally.
